I went to Australia for a year when I was 18, bought Ford Falcon and slept in it. I went around Europe in a Renault Modus before boarding the trans-Siberian. I went to the Gobi desert, walked to the Great Wall, saw the Sun rise over Angkor Wat, drove over 7000k on a cheap motorbike in SE Asia,...

I walked across the Guajira desert in Colombia and kept going until Quito. A 3,000k hike that ended up costing me my knee (because I am more stubborn than wise).

But I regret nothing.

And now I write books and make things.

Travels

Below a map of my travels. (Sure, on the left as well, but the GoogleMap below is much more detailed. Soon, there shall be a book as well, with even more details).

Adventures

From scuba diving to high mountaineering, Australia to Colombia and most of what's in between. (I ain't Australian, my adventuring days started down under and were put on pause after having walked Colombia.)
Below, a video explaining why I had knee arthosis at 23.
